Celia Monk Physiotherapy is a registered health provider. This means you don’t need a doctor’s referral to claim through ACC and we can provide ACC part-funded treatments.

ACC Surcharges

Private and Non-ACC Funded Appointments

Initial Assessment:

$75.00

Follow-up Appointments:

$65.00

We ask that you pay after each appointment. Eftpos facilities are available, however, we are unable to take payment via credit card.

If you are a Southern Cross Insurance member, and eligible for physiotherapy cover, we can submit your claim for you using Southern Cross Easy Claim.
